Nick and I have been so busy getting ready for the move that we forgot to post about Amanda’s graduation (sorry, Amanda)!

On Sunday, Amanda graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a BA in Religion and a minor in History. She graduated magna cum laude and was a Pinnacle Society member for leadership and service, International Honors student, and Kurt Mayer Summer Scholar for Holocaust studies.

Nick and I attended Amanda’s graduation ceremony at the Tacoma Dome Sunday afternoon, where Amanda and 639 other “Lutes” received their degrees. She also performed for the last time with Choir of the West, PLU’s premier choral ensemble. After the ceremony, Amanda said goodbye to friends and professors and then we headed to Mom’s for Amanda’s graduation party. Nick took some pictures at the party, a few of which are below.
