Julie, we bought the pans from this company: http://www.northernpizzaequipment.com. The quality is good, and the price is fair.

They have 2 sizes, a small 8×8 and a larger 12×18. The site says the pans are good up to 500°F but we’ve cranked our oven all the way to 550° (as high as it goes) and these held up just fine.
